Translate business needs into functional requirements and process specifications for ERP configuration. Support process harmonization and data standardization across departments. Participate in solution design reviews and recommend process improvements based on best practices. Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution. Assist in preparing user training materials and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
