The Associate Research Director plays a critical leadership role in managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent people leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse client profiles with confidence and agility. Key Responsibilities: Client Management Build and sustain strong client partnerships by understanding business needs, delivering impactful insights, and ensuring exceptional service across projects. Account Management & Growth Lead account planning, identify opportunities for business expansion, and proactively drive revenue growth through consultative engagement and strategic recommendations. People Management & Development Mentor, guide, and develop research teams; provide coaching, enhance capability building, and ensure high performance and quality standards. Project & Operations Leadership Oversee end-to-end project management-from proposal development to reporting-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations. Self-Starter & Strategic Contributor Operate with autonomy, initiate improvements, and bring forward ideas that strengthen client delivery, team capability, and business outcomes. Multi-Client Handling Manage a portfolio of varied client types and industries, adapting engagement and insight approaches to meet diverse expectations. Capabilities Experience in Insights, Market Research and similar practice Experience in CX Program Management (workshops, project management skills, etc) Comfortable with multiple data sources including client + survey Strong presentation skills and story telling Good communicator with experience managing multiple senior stakeholders Comfortable in using and talking about technology as an enabler, ideal with experience and more depth in technology workings People management skills #LI-CQ1
