Key Requirements: Graduate of any related course, undergraduates are encouraged to apply with compensatory experience With more than 36 months relevant experience (Service Desk supporting Oracle Module/Functionality) - experience with any ticketing tool is a plus (Service Now, Jira, Zendesk etc.) Able to grasp Oracle terminologies to be able to understand/converse with the customers in a seamless manner. With actual experience supporting/troubleshooting any of the Oracle Modules: Oracle Finance (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash Management) Oracle projects (Project Costing and Project Billing) Oracle Sales Cloud Oracle HCM (Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor, Performance, Succession Planning) Oracle Procurement Good exposure to finance and projects followed by other modules.
