- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects using Ivalua, Coupa, and Cypus across multiple geographies and sectors.
- Design and implement functional solutions, optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and drive digital procurement initiatives.
- Conduct workshops for functional design, integration mapping, and testing.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment across client engagements.
- Mentor managers and senior consultants, contributing to recruitment and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Engage directly with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to provide advisory and thought leadership.
- Support business development and presales activities, presenting solutions and ideas to clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
- 12-15+ years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus.
- Proven experience leading large-scale S2P/procurement transformation programs with direct client engagement.
- Skilled in functional design workshops, integration design, and testing phases.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, client management, and business development skills.
- Familiarity with ERP integration, API enablement, and SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (MBA/PGDM preferred)
