We are looking for Salesforce professionals to join our growing application team. Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main application platform for over 1200 field-based sales representatives, and around 145 global and local marketing executives. You will work alongside our Salesforce Team Leads, Developers and Administrators to ensure agile route to delivery. This role is part of the CRM Support team which covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development and testing, and finally into everyday service and support. What will you do as a Salesforce Administrator As a Salesforce Administrator working under the supervision of the Service Support Team Lead, you will: Must be efficient in all Salesforce administration and configuration functions such as developing objects, record types, page layouts, user security management, profiles, roles, permissions, flows, approvals, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management. Delivers high-quality work within task workload estimates, aligned with business requirements and solution design. Ability to diagnose basic to intermediate technical issues involving software applications and interfaces. Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories, discover customer and company needs, systems and operations requirements, customer rollout requirements, and usability. Support other CRM applications such as: Marketing Cloud, Brandworkz, The Box, Hubspot, etc. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role The ideal candidate must possess below: Qualifications At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in the Salesforce platform. Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. Salesforce Lightning experience and knowledge in Hubspot would be beneficial. The role requires contact with end users across continents and time zones, so communication skills are essential. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
