Main Duties and Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Studio's social media presence while overseeing the creation and production of multimedia content. This role combines strategic digital marketing, creative leadership, and team management to ensure consistent, high-quality, and engaging brand storytelling across all digital platforms. The role requires collaboration with marketing, creative, and management teams to plan, execute, and evaluate digital campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and business result. Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Plan and manage content calendars accross platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.) Oversee posting, scheduling, and community engagement Monitor trends and propose new content ideas Manage Studio's social media advertising campaigns Track and report performance using analytics tools Multimedia Team Leadership Lead and manage a team that may includes: Videographers, Photographers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Creators. Assign projects and ensure timely delivery Review and approve creative outputs Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and videos Coordinate shoots, productions, and content workflows Content Strategy & Production Plan integrated content campaigns (photos, videos, reels, graphics, and written content) Align multimedia output with social media objectives Work closely with marketing and branding teams Ensure content support product launches, promotions, and events Performance & Reporting Analyze social media and content performance Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and impact Recommend improvement based on data and insights Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts or related field 5 - 7 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or multimedia production Experience managing a creative team is highly preferred Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of social platforms and trends Basic understanding of video/photo production workflows Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Tiktok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational and budgeting skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support 27/7 operations.
