We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with proven experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) to join our Salesforce team.This role focuses on the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce-based TPM solutions that help manage, optimize, and measure trade spend, promotional effectiveness, and customer profitability.You will work closely with business teams and Salesforce consultants to build end-to-end TPM capabilities that align with business goals in the consumer goods and retail sector.SALARY OFFER:

- Design and develop Salesforce-based Trade Promotion Management solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration tools.
- Implement and customize TPM capabilities including promotion planning, fund management, claim validation, deduction management, and performance tracking.
- Integrate TPM modules with core Salesforce clouds (e.g., Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud) and external systems such as ERP, trade finance, and data warehouses.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, TPM specialists, and key users to support endto-end TPM processes from planning to settlement.
- Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in user acceptance testing.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancement of TPM features.
- Ensure compliance with coding best practices, security standards, and enterprise governance.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce-based Trade Promotion Management systems or ISV solutions (e.g., Salesforce TPM, Accenture CAS, SAP CPG/TPO integration, or custom TPM solutions on Salesforce).
- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Understanding of TPM processes including budget allocation, promotion lifecycle, forecasting, claims and deductions, and post-event analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.
- Familiarity with the consumer goods or retail industry’s trade marketing and distributor channel models.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience integrating TPM tools with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial settlements and deduction handling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and retail execution functionality.
- Background in trade analytics and performance reporting using Salesforce reports, dashboards, or BI tools.
- Experience with TPM user training and change management.
