As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments- Maintain an organized and clean cashier station- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations- Adhere to company policies and procedures- Maintain a high level of customer service at all timesQualifications:- College Graduate of a four courses related to the job- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if needed
