Company Nurse/Workplace Specialist

• Health awareness research and program POC for creation and communication
• POC for first aid and other medical needs
• Perform basic checks, and blood pressure check for monitoring
• In-charge of inventory and requisition of medicines and medical supplies
• Proper dispensing of medicines to employees and providing instructions based on health complaints
• Assists employees during hospital consultations and Therapy
• Assists the company physician
• Assisting employees on their pre employment and annual physical examination schedules
• Responsible in preparing Work accident report to Department of Labor and Employment
• Providing administrative support for updating employee medical records
• Acting as the general administrative POC for audits in collaboration with various departments
• Overall administrative support for Management engagements, Workspace and facilities functions
• Offering other medical-related support and assistance
• Serving as an Occupational Health and Safety partner for all health-related activities.

• Must be a graduate of BS Nursing and a Registered Nurse
• Should be a certified first-aider / BOSH certified
• Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide basic first aid.
• 2-3 yrs of relevant experience as a Nurse in the corporate set up
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with basic medicines and medical equipments used in the workplace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Admin experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, willing to extend working hours if necessary
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig City
