Duties & Responsibilities: Make sure that monthly sales targets are achieved. Make sure sales reports are submitted on time based on an agreed schedule. Manages the in-store team and maintains a good working relationship with them. Make sure excellent customer service is always attained. Manages discipline of everyone Scheduling : Sets weekly schedule and reports to HR/Head office Rotates everyone's schedule equally. Maintains good working relationship with the sales demo assigned to stores. Make sure everyone is knowledgeable about the product. Make sure promotions are clear and the entire team is properly informed. Proper stock management: Timely replenishment of stocks Makes sure there are no discrepancies on the inventory Makes sure all items are in their excellent condition, including the items on display Maintains store cleanliness at all times, including both Front of House and Back of House Visual Merchandising - Make sure the store follows the VM guideline set by the head office. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any courses Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods or high-end brands, is recommended. Must have the ability to engage with customers, listen actively, and convey information clearly and persuasively. Must be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and building relationships with clients. In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies. Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers. Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
