We believe in the value of empowering Mandarin Medical Claims Associates with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.On the job you will:Input, analyze and determine the amount payable of medical claims made by Manulife Hong Kong Policyholders based on policy provisions and operating guidelinesEnsure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessaryIssue correspondence to policy holders within a tight timelineEnsures accuracy of information entered in the systemRender overtime as required and mandated by management and Business UnitMinimum Requirements to Hire:EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelor's degree, 4-year course. Medical course is preferred but not required.EXPERIENCE: Prior experience is an advantage, BUT NOT REQUIRED. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.SCHEDULE: Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)LOCATION: Amenability to work in U.P.
