You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.As Transformation Programs Executive, you will be responsible for the on the ground implementation of designed tests and processes leading up to the implementation of the Commercial Transformation projects. You will be involved in test design and pivoting based on insights gathered from trade interviews and Field Sales execution. You will support linking of commercial programs with customer needs and pain points and enable management's decision-making on ongoing implementation and future expansion of Transformation Projects.YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Implement tests and activities on field on collaboration with Project Team and Sales Team with adherence to agreed guidelines and considerations. Identify and flag circumstances or business scenarios that possibly qualify for exception subject for Project Team and Management deliberation. Meet internal timelines in relation to the implementation of activities and processes which are key to the achievement of project and test objectives, flagging any potential delays. Develop and standardize test and execution reporting templates for monitoring purposes.
- Extract, process, and manage information from the field through Transformation Programs Field Reps and provide work streams visibility on project related reports. Establish, maintain, and ensure database consistency and accuracy through periodic collaboration with Field Sales, Commercial Planning Group, and Transformation Programs Analyst.
- Collaborate with Transformation Bus. Dev. Executive in creation of trade programs that will directly address project and business KPIs. Plan and experiment on design creation with Transformation Programs Analysts and Transformation Programs Field Reps. Ensure feedback from Field Sales and trade partners are discussed and considered during planning and pivoting to ensure their needs and pain points are addressed.
- Analyze test results rigorously and consistently check with Trade partners and gather insights for deeper understanding. Co-create succeeding test designs with Supervisor Transformation Programs as learnings come in from each activity. Ensure regular communication with Field Sales and Commercial Planning group to ensure all information are shared across the Execution Team, while getting feedback from them as well.
- Perform regular field visits (at least 70% of the time) to execute surveys, trade interviews, and work-with reviews of Field Sales. Design own route plans aligned with the implementation design and timelines, pivoting continuously depending on the results of each test and trade needs. Share regular feedback on trade and Field Sales to Supervisor Transformation Programs to continuously identify knowledge and capability gaps and design necessary trainings.
- Give ample support in the delivery of monitoring and progress reports to determine level of compliance relative to actual execution of business and test strategy. Turnover of project database and reports to respective teams based on agreed timelines. Prepare and document project execution sign-off for every area of execution
- Attend regular project team meetings to consolidate all learnings from the different stakeholders in HQ and from the field. Actively share learnings and raise potential risks based on information gathered from the field and other stakeholders to aid decision-making.
You must have a bachelor's degree, and at least three (3) years of experience in various roles in Field Sales specifically in General Trade is preferred. You must have a heavy experience in performing physical trade visits including program creation and execution. You must have strong collaboration skills as well as an experience in Project Experimentation / Fast Forward Testing. You have knowledge in wholesale and retail operations. You must have good driving skills and a holder of valid Philippine driver's license for at least twelve (12) months. You must be amenable to be based in Davao and must be willing to travel to other parts of the region as required by the business.WHAT WE OFFER
