- Create and maintain good technical documentation.

- IT Corporate liaison – co-ordinate, test, and plan new policies and processes implemented
- Learn and assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include servers (physical and VM), JAMF/Intune, Backups, Redundancy, Disaster Recovery and managed infrastructure technology and software applications.
- Maintain excellent communication with the Systems Manager on all tasks and projects.
- Participate in the implementation of hardware and software solutions that meet the technology and business needs of the various business units
- Perform on-site and remote technical support as needed
- Provide technical input across various projects interfacing with various groups within the organization
- Provide technical support to geographically disperse units in a mixed technology environment including vendor support
- Systems Design, Implementation & Support
- Troubleshoot all production system issues and support requests that are escalated from client services ticketing system. This will include some desktop support for specific applications and processes.
- Work with hardware and software vendors for problem determination and resolution as needed.
- Bachelors’ degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or business related, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years professional experience in high-performing enterprise class international / global technical service/operations environments.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with:
- Azure Active Directory,
- Azure Virtual Desktop environment,
- Cloud Compute,
- Disaster Recovery / Enterprise level backups
- LAN/WAN technologies, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM),
- Linux Server / Windows Server (2016/2019)
- Office 365
- On-demand Virtualized environments (infrastructure as a Cloud)
- SSL Certificates,
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), with the ability to work well in a diverse team-oriented global work environment
- Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills. multi-tasking and technical project management skills
- Experienced ITIL based Operations governance and management
