- Learning Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
- Conduct learner profiling and audience analysis to tailor content effectively
- Analyze job roles, tasks, and competencies to align training with business outcomes
- Curriculum and Course Design
- Design end-to-end learning journeys, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures
- Develop instructional strategies that support adult learning principles, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats
- Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development
- Content Development
- Develop engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments
- Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content
- Ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Design formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness
- Create rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams
- Analyze assessment data to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes
- Learning Technology Integration
- Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Thought Industries) to deploy and manage learning content
- Integrate tools for adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics to enhance learner engagement
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure content compatibility across devices
- Project Management and Collaboration
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers to ensure instructional accuracy and relevance
- Maintain documentation and version control for all instructional assets
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Any course or equivalent experience
- College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate
- 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience
- 1+ years of Storyboarding and Training & Facilitation for SOP's, E-learning courses, Videos & Job aids, Storyline 360 or Rise 360
- Proven excellent communication and writing skills
