Think Uber or Grab for logistics—but optimized for local moves, junk removal, and furniture delivery.We're scaling rapidly across markets, and our backend systems are the backbone of real-time order tracking, dispatch coordination, driver matching, and partner integrations.About the RoleWe're looking for a Backend (GoLang) Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance microservices that support our mobile apps, admin dashboards, and operational tools. You'll play a core role in architecting services that handle high-volume logistics data, ensure low-latency delivery updates, and keep every part of the Muvr platform running smoothly.This is a great fit if you're passionate about clean architecture, concurrency, real-time systems—and excited about using AI tools to accelerate your workflow, testing, and documentation.Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain GoLang microservices that power Muvr's backend systems (e.g., order management, dispatch, payments, notifications, analytics).

Develop and document RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for integration with frontend, mobile, and third-party systems.

Implement and optimize real-time data processing and event-driven workflows using message queues (e.g., NATS, Kafka, Pub/Sub).

Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of backend services with logging, monitoring, and tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

Collaborate with mobile, frontend, and DevOps teams to align service architecture, deployments, and API contracts.

Use AI-enhanced tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codium, Cursor) for boilerplate generation, test case creation, and speeding up development cycles.

Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and sprint cycles with a focus on performance, maintainability, and clean code.

Help migrate services from existing Node.js monoliths to GoLang-based modular systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 1–2 years working in GoLang.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, gRPC, REST, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).

Experience deploying and maintaining production services with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

Proficient in writing unit and integration tests, and designing fault-tolerant systems.

Bonus: Experience with multi-sided platforms, logistics, or real-time apps (e.g., delivery tracking, dispatch, booking engines).

Comfortable working with version control systems (Git), infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).

Strong communication, documentation, and async collaboration skills.
