- Define and lead OptiCloud's data science strategy, aligning models and methods with business and environmental impact goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms to identify redundant, obsolete, or unnecessary data across corporate and personal cloud ecosystems (including emails, photos, videos, and files).
- Build scalable pipelines to process and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into the OptiCloud platform, delivering actionable insights to customers.
- Evaluate and experiment with cutting-edge approaches (including NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection) for digital waste detection across different data types.
- Manage and mentor data scientists and machine learning engineers, balancing hands-on model development with leadership responsibilities.
- Communicate findings and strategies clearly to executive leadership, customers, and external stakeholders, translating complex data science concepts into business value.
- Monitor and continuously improve model performance to ensure accuracy, fairness, and ethical AI practices.
✅ 5+ years of experience leading data science projects and implementing data-driven strategies at enterprise level.
✅ Proven track record of hands-on development of machine learning solutions deployed in production environments.
✅ Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, anomaly detection, clustering, and data deduplication techniques.
✅ Experience working with large-scale cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant tools (e.g., Azure ML Studio, Azure Cloud, Spark, Databricks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
✅ Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
