  • Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, and customer service) to deliver client solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
  • Contract & Budget Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals with clients.
