- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewing contracts.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, and customer service) to deliver client solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
