You'll assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling. The role involves both basic support and complex analysis, serving investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners.New hires undergo a comprehensive 12-week onboarding program, learning the eVestment Analytics platform, client landscape, and essential tools like Salesforce and JIRA.Provide first-line client service through multiple channels (phone, live chat, email, and Zoom)Contribute to improvement projects across the organizationCollaborate with internal teams on product enhancementConduct client training sessions and create educational contentWhat We ExpectBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substitutedAt least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organizationPrevious experience in Salesforce for case management is preferredPrevious experience working the US shift preferredIntermediate proficiency in ExcelGood understanding of financial services is preferredStrong attention to detail and process-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmenable to working US shift (8PM-5AM), and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq Manila office at Bonifacio Global City, TaguigDoes It Sound Like You?
