To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Physician Recruiter to help us expand our national network of doctors.About the RoleAs a Senior Physician Recruiter, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top physicians (MD/DO) to join DrHouse. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them from initial outreach through the hiring process and ensuring a smooth entry into our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and attract physicians across multiple specialties through outreach, job boards, referrals, and networking.Conduct initial screening calls to introduce DrHouse, assess candidate interest, and evaluate fit.Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive recruitment experience.Coordinate and support physicians through the onboarding process until they are active on the DrHouse platform.Build strong, lasting relationships with physicians to foster engagement and retention.Stay informed on U.S. healthcare workforce trends, physician compensation benchmarks, and telehealth industry developments.Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring priorities and scale recruitment efforts accordingly.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience recruiting physicians in the U.S. healthcare system (telehealth, hospital systems, locum tenens, or staffing agencies).Deep knowledge of the U.S. medical job market and physician recruitment strategies.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage physicians effectively.Proven track record of sourcing hard-to-find medical talent and managing pipelines at scale.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join DrHousePlay a key role in shaping one of the fastest-growing telehealth companies in the U.S.Help make quality healthcare more accessible to patients nationwide.Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.100% remote with flexible work arrangements.
