As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our organization's assets, personnel, and information. You will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure a secure environment in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and protect company assets. Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of security operations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them proactively. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel deployment. Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies, minimizing impact and restoring normal operations quickly. Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and industry best practices, keeping abreast of changes and updates in security requirements. What We need from you: College degree holder or 4 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
