ROLE SUMMARY Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Applications Developer/Senior Salesforce Developer to lead and oversee the application development team, with a focus on Salesforce and SQL Server. This hybrid role will combine leadership, architecture, and hands-on development responsibilities. He/She will drive the strategic direction, development, and maintenance of mission-critical systems while ensuring seamless integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and other third-party applications. WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays POSITION TYPE: Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead and manage a team of application developers specializing in Salesforce and SQL development Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and Visualforce Oversee the development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and custom integrations Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools Ensure data integrity and optimal performance across Salesforce orgs and integrated systems Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and contribute to the backend data strategy Establish and enforce development best practices, including source control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines Identify opportunities for automation and business process improvements within Salesforce and beyond Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly, efficient solutions Ensure system security, regulatory compliance, and scalability through proactive planning and monitoring Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners and consultants as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of experience in IT application development, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and administration Experience in managing change sets, Salesforce Sandboxes, and release cycles Experience in mid-size to enterprise-level environments with complex business processes is preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect) is preferred Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master) or agile development experience is preferred Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado) Proven ability to lead development teams, manage technical projects, and translate business needs into solutions Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Show more Show less
