Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance support shall be onsite to perform preventive maintenance activities Preventive Maintenance support shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for Indra supplied equipment at least once a month for all plaza Inspect server for physical damage, LED alarms, loose cables, and ensuring proper airflow. Clean dust from vents, fans, and internal components to preventing overheating. Test the UPS system, check batteries, and ensure proper function. Report to client for defective UPS components for corrective actions Execute disk diagnostics. Report to NLEX to replacing a failing and failed disks. Perform checks on RAID configurations to ensure redundancy and optimal performance. Run memory diagnostics tests (involves system restart) to identify memory problems and ask client to replace faulty RAM modules. Conduct data center best practices audits (review access controls, user permissions, and ensure compliance with server room policies) Apply (TCS Compatible) OS updates and patches during planned maintenance windows Provide site visit report for preventive maintenance tasks performed and recommendations Job Details: a.
