The Finance and Admin Associate plays a critical support role in ensuring the smooth financial and administrative operations of the Anytime Fitness Club. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, payroll processing, petty cash handling, fund requests, purchasing, and other essential back-office functions. The associate will also assist in compliance with company policies, ensure accurate financial documentation, and support the overall administrative needs of the club.Finance-Related Tasks:Payroll Management: Accurately prepare and process employee payroll in a timely manner; ensure all statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) are correctly applied and remitted.Petty Cash Handling: Monitor and maintain the petty cash fund; ensure disbursements are properly documented and liquidated.Fund Requests: Prepare and submit timely and complete fund requests and reimbursements for club operations and marketing activities.Expense Monitoring: Record, verify, and reconcile club expenses in coordination with the central finance department.Daily Sales Reporting: Assist in monitoring daily sales, POS transactions, and bank deposits; ensure alignment with internal accounting records.Administrative Tasks:Purchasing & Inventory: Process purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain inventory of office and club supplies.Document Control: File and organize official receipts, invoices, and other financial documents for audit and recordkeeping.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company financial protocols and support compliance with government regulatory requirements.Club Support: Assist the Club Manager and team with other administrative support tasks as needed, including record-keeping, staff schedules, and logistics coordination.
