What You'll Do: Analyse KOLs: know how to analyse KOL accounts, what style they are, what product to promote. Content Idea: create Briefs together with managers or influencers based on their account style and product. Draft Revision and Push post: Give Revision to KOL draft and push KOL to post video before deadline Owning Content: Collaborate with KOLs to develop and manage content that enhances our brand presence. Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. Strong knowledge of Online platforms like TikTok, Meta/Facebook and Instagram and their role in marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building influencer relationships. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is generally required. At least 1 year experience in influencer marketing, and or other relevant experiences Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and driving business development. Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
