This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions, particularly within the tech industry.Job Responsibilities:Manage quote renewals for software/license renewalsProvide email and customer support for account activation and onboardingCoordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and supportFollow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processingCollaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experienceQualifications:College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)Mut have at least 3-4 years BPO experience in Quote Renewals, Retention, Customer Service, or other related rolesBackground in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferredExperienced with MS Excel for reporting and trackingStrong time management and organizational skillsAverage to Good English communication skillsWilling to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly#LI-Hybrid
