The presales engineer for services will be handling the cybersecurity services offering of the SEC group.The role covers working with the product presales to provide an end-to-end solution and services offer to client.Job Responsibilities:Meet financial objectives set at the start of the fiscal year order, revenue, contribution marginMonitor Profit & Loss of assigned projects.Provide technical pre-sales support, consultation and presentations focusing on security services to sales and clients.Scope and clearly translate clients services requirements into Statement of Work (SOW) in relation to the cybersecurity solution offered.Work with Product Presales (Security), Technology Partners and internal Delivery group in formulating the SOW, RACI, timeline and other services related requirements needed for the project.Formulate or create service package, solution and technical proposal including costing/pricingAssist Business Unit Head in developing or creating new service package for the GroupDevelop services business opportunities in the Industry or Sales Division assignedRequirements:2 years' experience in Handling security productsFamiliarity with IT infrastructure services e.g., installation, warranty.Knowledge in implementation of cybersecurity solutions is a plusAdept in Cybersecurity solutions e.g., Firewall, Endpoint Security, WAF, DLP, SASE, etc.Presentation skills and Negotiation skillsGood communication skills (oral and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Team player, positive attitude, and good listenerEffective time management skillWork Setup:Shift: DayshiftSetup: HybridLocation: MakatiBy Applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for the purpose of recruitment and employment may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
