- Manage and implement creative projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with client/stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate day-to-day client correspondence, reporting, and project execution to maintain smooth project flow.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, and post-production.
- Direct and coordinate the work of videographers, editors, designers, and other creative team members.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the final deliverables are achieved.
- Nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders and media representatives, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Provide strategic communications recommendations, including editorial direction, PR planning, and business proposals presentations.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to each project's objectives and target audience, aligning with the Director's creative vision.
- Lead the development of high-quality campaigns, story angles, media lists, and campaign calendars to maximize impact and engagement.
- Engage and supervise department heads and relevant internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects.
- Coordinate project timing and budgets with servicing teams, providing timely updates to clients on timelines and budgets.
- Plan and manage production flow, logistics, manpower requirements, and budgets for production, optimizing resource allocation.
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the New Business team to drive growth.
- Provide strategic PR counsel to clients, leading and participating in client meetings to address key issues and challenges.
- Keep abreast of clients' brands, products, services, and market developments to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Deliver comprehensive client reporting and results analysis, ensuring transparency and accountability in project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in project management within the creative industry, preferably in a role that involved overseeing both creative and PR aspects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
- Ability to develop strategic marketing and PR plans, providing valuable counsel and guidance to clients.
