Drafting invoices for several conveyancing matters
Maintaining relationships with existing and new referral partners - emails, setting up 121s.
Operational and Legal Matters
Support on Legal matters Weekly Report
Taking notes in client meetings when needed and follow up tasks from meetings
Post exchange work on conveyancing matters
Contact with agents/brokers for conveyancing, ensuring no deadlines are missed (calendar management)
Keeping up to date with all communication with clients, helping manage calendar and reminders for any commitments made to the client or associated partner.
Operation/ Finance
Ensure to update CRM and LEAP in timely manner
Ensure to update XERO (Accounting tool) for any expenses based on receipts, and bills received as part of the periodic reports
Ensure all invoices are sent out in a timely manner.
Reconciliation of bank statements to ensure bills/ disbursements are not missed
Organize files Google drive accordingly.

Graduate of bachelor's degree
1-2 years' experience relevant experience
Good English communications skills, both verbal and written
