Now Hiring: Senior IT Recruiter to Join Our Team! We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter to bolster our Human Resources team. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier IT talent, catering to the evolving technological landscape of financial risk management. Responsibilities Formulate and execute robust recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified IT professionals. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and craft precise job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing channels for candidate outreach including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms. Conduct preliminary screening interviews to gauge technical competencies and cultural alignment. Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, from candidate engagement to negotiation of offers and facilitation of onboarding. Establish and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for strategic hiring needs. Keep abreast of IT market trends and industry advancements to maintain competitive hiring practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, coupled with at least 5 years of IT recruitment experience. Demonstrable track record in filling diverse IT positions within the technology or financial services sectors. Proficient with modern recruitment technologies and platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Professional HR or recruiting certifications preferred.
