Job Description Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support the organization's growth and sustainability. Collaborate with various HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and problem-solve on people matters. Advise on workforce planning, identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to meet the business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning. Lead performance management initiatives and work with reporting managers in improving employee productivity and addressing performance gaps. Work with different levels of employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and manage unwanted attrition. Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes. Conduct offsite visits as needed. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management. With at least 4-5 years experience in general HR and/or HR business partnering; experience in handling employees in ecommerce/logistics/warehousing industries is an advantage. Expertise in organizational development and/or employee relations is an advantage. Detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills. Experience in project management and corresponding change management. Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
