Working with us will enable you to become a great professional and develop a uniquely broad range of experience to draw on throughout your career.Duties and Accountabilities1· Support annual and ongoing headcount planning cycles, including building, and updating organizational charts, position rosters, and position-to-budget alignment.· Manage and maintain accurate position data in Workday, aligned with approved headcount plans and organizational design.· Serve as a key liaison between People Advisory, Finance, and Recruitment teams to ensure proper tracking of headcount approvals, open positions, and workforce movement.· Collaborate with Finance to validate position funding and forecast FTE allocations by department and cost center.· Develop and distribute Workday reports and dashboards to support real-time workforce insights (e.g., filled vs. vacant positions, span of control, attrition impact).· Partner with HRIS to implement Workday configuration changes that support evolving headcount planning needs, maintain and monitor Workday Supervisory Organizations, position hierarchies, and job architecture.· Ensure compliance with workforce controls, audit requirements, and internal policies related to position and headcount management.QualificationsQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.· 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR operations, or position control, including hands-on Workday HCM experience.· Strong understanding of headcount planning concepts, including budgeting, FTE allocations, position tracking, and workforce analytics.· Proven ability to manage position lifecycle activities in Workday (creation, updates, inactivation).· Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on workforce or budget alignment.· Workday reporting proficiency – ability to generate, customize, and analyze reports for headcount and position management.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized with great attention to detail.· Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and ability to interpret and present workforce data clearly· System Requirements:o Workday HCM – Advanced experience required, including:§ Position Management§ Supervisory Organizations§ Job Architecture§ Staffing Models§ Report Writer (headcount and workforce analytics focus)§ Business Process Framework (configuration understanding preferred)· Preferred qualifications:o Workday Pro certification in Core HCM, Position Management, or Org Management.o Experience supporting workforce or headcount planning in a large or matrixed organization.o Familiarity with financial budgeting for headcount planningo Experience with scenario modeling tools, workforce analytics platformsLocation & ReportingThis role is based in Manila * This role reports to the Manager, Aligned HR Operations - Recruitment1The above is only a general description of the essential duties associated with this position and does not represent an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all duties.
