With a strong B2B focus, we provide a wide range of services, including gateway payment solutions, whitelabel products, and iGaming platforms, such as casino integration, payment gateways, and gaming aggregators. We serve a broad client base, helping them meet the growing demands of the online gaming and e-commerce industries. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You will play a key role in shaping and managing our brand's online presence, driving community engagement, and building our social media footprint across platforms relevant to the iGaming and tech industries. The ideal candidate has a solid background in social media management and is passionate about delivering innovative and engaging content that resonates with diverse digital audiences. ???? Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Maintain and optimize content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc.). Define KPIs and optimize performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Content Creation & Management Create, curate, and manage engaging content-posts, videos, graphics, stories-that reflect our brand and comply with iGaming regulations. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, platform-specific creatives. Keep content consistent with tone, branding, and regulatory requirements. Community Engagement Build and nurture a vibrant online community by actively responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and feedback. Monitor sentiment, engage in conversations, and represent the brand voice in a professional and authentic manner. Campaigns, Partnerships & Promotions Plan and execute influencer campaigns, contests, social giveaways, and cross-platform promotions. Support affiliate marketing initiatives and coordinate with partners for content co-creation. Analytics & Optimization Track and report on key social metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions). Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics to extract insights. Adjust strategies based on analytics to improve content performance and audience engagement. Compliance & Brand Safety Ensure all content adheres to iGaming advertising laws, platform-specific rules, and regional regulations. Proactively monitor for reputational risks and escalate issues when necessary. Real-Time & Trend Driven Marketing Identify and leverage real-time opportunities (e.g., trending games, big player wins, events). Stay ahead of industry trends, memes, platform updates, and community preferences. ???? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media channels experience in iGaming or payment gateway is a strong advantage. Proficiency in social media management tools. Experience with basic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for each platform. Understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting. Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X promotions etc.) is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including during major gaming or sporting events. Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and creatively motivated. Show more Show less
