Now Hiring: Management Trainee - Senior Business Leads (Leadership Development Program) Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid) Program Duration: 12 Months Engagement Type: Contractual (via external partner) About the Program This 12-month rotational leadership development program is designed to cultivate high-potential professionals into future business leaders in fintech. Participants will gain hands-on experience across core areas including lending, payments, insurance, and ecosystem services, while working on projects that drive inclusive financial impact. Key Responsibilities Rotational Assignments Participants will rotate across two major teams, such as: Lending & Credit: Support loan campaigns, design GTM experiments, conduct risk analysis, and collaborate with product and collections teams Payments & QR: Assist in merchant onboarding, manage incentive campaigns, and contribute to QR and GrabPay ecosystem launches Insurance: Conduct market research, support regulatory filings, and co-develop bundled insurance products Strategic Projects or Regulatory: Contribute to project incubation or public policy and regulatory planning efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with product, strategy, risk, and operations teams Conduct market scans, user interviews, and pilot design Support workstreams across tech, partner management, and commercial teams Data & Execution Turn project insights into actionable strategies Build dashboards, monitor key metrics, and maintain trackers Contribute to documentation, testing feedback, and sprint reviews Capstone Project & Leadership Exposure Lead a final capstone project tied to a real business challenge Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team Receive mentorship and feedback from senior leaders Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, digital commerce, or public sector programs Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Exposure to business operations, product launches, or cross-functional projects Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Python, or automation tools is a plus Self-starter with strong ownership and adaptability Passionate about inclusive finance and mission-driven innovation Aligned with values of Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility Success Indicators High-quality outputs delivered across two rotations Positive feedback from mentors and rotation leads Completion of a capstone project with measurable business value Consideration for a permanent or leadership pipeline role upon completion Preferred Talent Sources Fintech: Business development, GTM, product ops, credit risk Banking: Management associate programs, SME or retail banking Startups & Digital Platforms: Strategy, ops, or commercial roles Government/Public Programs: Analysts or project managers from financial inclusion projects Consulting/Data Strategy: Associates from consulting or analytics firms Application Process Talent acquisition screening Initial interview Business case assessment Final interview(s) Offer You can also send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] Show more Show less
