About the RoleA global consulting services firm is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Developer (Manager Level) to join its Business Application Consulting team. In this strategic role, youll lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce integration solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation for global clients.As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will apply your technical expertise and consulting experience to align technology with business goals. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing large-scale digital change.Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce integration initiatives and manage cross-functional delivery team.
Design scalable and secure integration solutions across enterprise systems
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Conduct system analysis and validate outcomes with stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across platforms
Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and best practices
Stay ahead of emerging integration tools, patterns, and technologies
Drive stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications Must Have

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
1015 years of integration architecture and delivery experience
Hands-on experience with middleware platforms and Salesforce integration tools
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and system architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading global and offshore delivery teams
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Architect-level certifications
Experience with large-scale transformation programs
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
