- Own and drive the paid search strategy across brands and regionsensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing goals, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search managers, senior associates, and associates, fostering a culture of performance, experimentation, and innovation.
- Oversee and optimize multi-million dollar budgets, allocating investment across platforms (Google, Bing, YouTube Search) to maximize efficiency, scale, and ROAS.
- Set the roadmap for paid search automation, audience strategy, creative testing, and first-party data utilization.
- Define success metrics and develop advanced reporting frameworks that enable visibility, accountability, and proactive optimization across the funnel.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, working closely with BI, Creative, CRM, Product, and Finance teams to align paid search initiatives with broader company strategies.
- Evaluate new platform features, tools, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Present strategic insights and performance updates to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving long-term marketing planning.

- A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 6+ years of managerial experience in Paid Search, gained from leading teams either in an agency or client-side capacity.
- Proven success in managing large-scale search budgets ($10M+) across multiple brands or business units.
- Deep expertise in SEM platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Google Ads Editor, SA360 (or similar), and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency working with large data sets, skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent in stakeholder and client-relationship management with great communication skills.
- Strong command of full-funnel paid search strategies, including audience segmentation, bidding automation, brand vs. non-brand allocation, and creative testing.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
