- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source top aviation and corporate talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Implement structured assessment tools and competency-based interviews to ensure fair and effective selection.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles within aviation operations and corporate functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver excellent candidate experience by keeping applicants informed, engaged, and inspired throughout their journey.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve employer branding and strengthen AirAsia’s presence as an employer of choice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the aviation, travel, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting through multiple platforms and channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at using recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office applications, and digital recruitment tools.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
