Location : Project Site in Calamba city, Laguna Job Details Receive materials delivered to the site and verify quantity and specifications Check against purchase orders and packing lists Report any damage or discrepancies (create MRR - Material Receiving Report) Organize and maintain storage areas in safe and efficient layouts Ensure materials are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage or deterioration Issue materials to construction crews as requested Record and monitor usage (create MIR - Material Issuance Report) Keep accurate records of stock levels Regularly update inventory in the system (e.g., SAP) Conduct physical inventory checks Monitor the flow of materials from delivery to usage Track shortages, surpluses, and plan reorders accordingly Maintain all records related to material receiving, storage, and issuance Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material status reports for the project team Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and quality control teams to resolve material-related issues (e.g., wrong delivery, damaged goods, missing items) Qualification and Experience Experience in material control or warehouse operations in construction or EPC projects Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Material management in construction projects. Understanding of construction workflows and timelines Proficiency in material management software (e.g., SAP, Excel) Familiarity with inspection procedures Basic communication skills in English Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Residents of Calamba or nearby areas Experience with Korean or multinational construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills.
