Network Administration & Infrastructure (Primary Role) Responsibilities Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including: LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks Routers, switches, and access points Configure and manage network devices and services Monitor network performance, availability, and security Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and connectivity problems Ensure network reliability and minimal downtime across all locations Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configurations Firewall, VPN & Security Systems Responsibilities Configure, manage, and monitor firewall systems Implement and maintain network security policies and access controls Manage and support VPN connections for secure remote access Monitor network traffic and identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities Coordinate with vendors for advanced firewall or security configurations when needed CCTV & Physical Security Systems Responsibilities Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including: Camera functionality and recording systems Storage and playback systems Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of CCTV hardware and software Work with vendors for installation, upgrades, and repairs Security, Compliance & IT Roadmap Execution Responsibilities Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices Implement and support infrastructure improvements, including: Network upgrades Security enhancements Participate in the execution of the companys IT roadmap, including: VPN expansion Network segmentation Infrastructure scalability Identify opportunities to improve network performance, security, and reliability IT Support (Secondary Role) Responsibilities Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals when required Assist users with basic hardware and connectivity issues Support onboarding and offboarding (device setup and basic access configuration) Escalate complex user issues to appropriate teams or vendors
