As an HR Intern, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the Learning & Organizational Development team, including but not limited to: Onboarding activities (General Onboarding, Functional Onboarding); JVCO Transition, upcoming roadshows, enablement programs; Other L&OD programs as needed Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time Minimum Qualifications Education - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or recent graduate. Related Work Experience - Previous experience with administrative, reporting, coordinating tasks, and other Human Resources procedures (OJT experience is acceptable). Knowledge - Basic understanding of HR, Labor Law, administrative, and office procedures. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated reliability and respect for confidentiality Strong research and analytical skills Proficiency in Google Workplace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
