Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila - 2 days per week onsiteWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Skills Coordinator to support the global delivery of technical skill enablement initiatives. This role will focus on scoping, mapping and managing certification queries, inbox operations, reporting, and vendor coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of strategic technical training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, data-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and systems.ResponsibilitiesInbox & Query Management:Act as the first point of contact for technical training, skills and certification queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalating complex issues as needed.Reporting & Data Coordination:Support monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles by gathering, validating, and presenting training and certification data using tools such as Excel, Kantata and Power BI.Certification Operations:Lead the scoping, coordination, and oversight of global certification programs, encompassing both vendor-led initiatives (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike +) and internal frameworks. This includes evaluating the certification landscape, aligning with strategic skill development goals by business unit, and managing end-to-end tracking and stakeholder engagement.Vendor & Partner Liaison:Maintain communication with external training vendors and partners, supporting scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.Project Support:Contribute to the planning and execution of global technical training projects, including documentation, logistics, and stakeholder updates.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline inbox workflows, reporting processes, and certification tracking to improve efficiency and user experience.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseWhat we are looking for in youEssential:

Proven experience in coordinating training operations and projects, ideally within a technical or learning-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to manage logistics, stakeholder communication, and program execution effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Kantata, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Desirable:

Familiarity with certification programs and technical training ecosystems.
Experience working with learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP).
Exposure to global or matrixed organisations.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
