- Lead the development of all creative assets across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
- Set the visual tone and direction for brand campaigns, launches, and content creation.
- Guide a growing team of designers, content creators, and visual merchandisers to deliver powerful, on-brand work.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, sales, and product teams to translate strategy into captivating visuals.
- Ensure consistent messaging and aesthetics across all consumer-facing materials.
- Manage timelines, resources, and production schedules to keep projects running smoothly.
- Stay ahead of creative trends in fashion, retail, and lifestyleand bring fresh ideas to the table.
- In-house creative and marketing teams
- Store operations and merchandising teams
- External vendors, photographers, stylists, and freelancers
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or similar
- 8+ years of hands-on creative experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your rangeespecially across brand campaigns, social, digital, and retail
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools
- Excellent conceptual thinking, design judgment, and team leadership
- Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Experience in retail or consumer lifestyle brands is a plusespecially if youve worked closely with visual merchandising teams
