About the job As a Payroll Administrator , you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for our Somerset, NJ location. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. We are looking for someone with a pioneering spirit, and transition experience is highly desired since this will be the first international payroll transfer project to be embarked by the company. We want to hire only the best to ensure the success of this endeavor, and that we showcase the Filipino talent The US Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. This role involves managing payroll data, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries and issues. Responsibilities: Process payroll using UKG software, ensuring SLAs for accuracy and timeliness are consistently met. Maintain payroll records and update employee data (e.g., exemptions, benefits, transfers). Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. Administer electronic timekeeping systems and validate timesheet submissions. Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with People & Culture teams on payroll-related matters. Assist with onboarding and recordkeeping for new hires. Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards. Troubleshooting any payroll-related issues and makes adjustments in a timely, accurate and structured way. Supporting managers and their employees for any payroll and benefit queries. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of payroll processing experience with US Payroll Experience with payroll/timekeeping software (UKG preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a global environment where pro-active communication and an extra-mile attitude is a must. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and systematic. Service-oriented with a professional demeanor. Strong mathematical aptitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong sense of accountability, responsibility and self-management as we work in a hybrid environment.
