About the job RecruiterPosition Title: RecruiterWork Set Up: OnsiteSchedule: 1:00pm to 10:00pm (flexible)Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:The Team Lead is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across all levels and various skill sets. This role does not include responsibilities for QA specialists and the sourcing team, which are managed separately.What You'll Do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, assessments, and final selection.Ensure a seamless recruitment process by maintaining speed, efficiency, and professionalism while minimizing time to hire.

Candidate Engagement and Interviewing:

Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of candidates across various sourcing channels.Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.

Stakeholder Communication:

communicate with recruitment managers, account managers regularly, and clients to provide updates on recruitment status, adjust strategies, and ensure alignment with hiring needs.Provide detailed feedback and status updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance and Data Management:

Ensure recruitment systems are used appropriately, focusing on data integrity and compliance with data protection legislation.Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), account dependencies, and operational metrics, escalating issues as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

Coach and guide recruitment assistants to ensure consistent and high-quality support in the recruitment process search and implement updated sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience in a BPO settingPreferred experience in volume hiring, corporate, and technical hiringStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent written and spoken EnglishEffective relationship management and advanced negotiation skillsExperience in fast-paced environmentsProficiency in recruiting and sourcing strategies, including social mediaProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting/data analysisStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to perform well under pressure and demonstrate initiativeHigh level of intelligence and attention to detailStrong presentation skills and willingness to work a flexible scheduleWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
