Job Description:1. Promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of the employees/workers, shall have the following duties and responsibilities:2. Organize, administer, and maintain an OSH program;3. Continuously monitor the work environment for health hazards through periodic workplace inspections;4. Prevent workplace diseases or injuries by establishing proper medical supervision over substances used, processes, and the work environment;5. Protect employees/workers health through physical examinations, proper placement advice, and health education;6. Provide medical and minor surgical care to restore the health and earning capacity of injured employees/workers;7. Maintain and analyze records of all medical cases, and prepare and submit annual medical reports using the appropriate form;8. Conduct studies on OH within available means and resources;9. Advise management and labor on all health-related matters; and10. Perform any other tasks as may be deemed necessary.
