- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound patient calls, as well as SMS and email outreach.
- Guide patients through intake forms, pre-consult assessments, and onboarding steps.
- Ensure all pre-enrollment documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Serve as a warm, informed, and empathetic first point of contact.
- Clearly explain processes, set expectations, and address questions with professionalism.
- Build trust while ensuring patients feel confident and supported in their care journey.
- Maintain and update patient data in CRM and healthcare platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, EMR systems).
- Track pre-enrollment metrics, flag bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and ensure smooth patient handoffs.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Proven experience handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
- Background in healthcare coordination, patient intake, or medical onboarding.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Comfort with dialers and SMS tools (e.g., OpenPhone or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multi-step processes accurately.
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
- Experience in telehealth, concierge medicine, or multi-provider practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging.
- Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, Slack, AI interfaces, dashboards).
