The position requires the candidate to work as part of the Global Security Operations team handling the specific area of User Access to address the user access/security provisioning operations and service, respecting the existing Security Architecture in place. Technical expertise mainly calls for SAP skills, but expertise in other enterprise applications will be important to the role.
Position duties will include managing operational metrics and KPI’s, working with our IT Operations partner for day-to-day concerns and operational best practices, providing security support to enhancements and projects, and ensuring users have proper authorization to perform needed tasks related to their job functions. The position will also assist other team members in defining new security policies and procedures.
Close communication and working procedures are required with various stakeholders across the company, both within the development teams, and also in “the business” to review business and functional requirements and translate into technical requirements.
