Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning. Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives. Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation. Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment. At least two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes. Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Clear and coherent communication of data-driven insights, valuing diverse input and stakeholder needs.
