Claims & AR Analysts and Onboarding Manager

  • Provide Medical Practice Analysis for new and potential clients and/or existing clients.
  • Work with Analytics team and Report writers who will prepare Historical data reports, AR reports, denial reports and other Financial reports needed for the practice analysis.
  • Review the report's data for accuracy and consistency; check if other reports are needed.
  • Perform claims audit, analyze AR and denials, look for payer payment patterns, trends, underpayments, adjustment patterns, collection ratio, etc. Provide examples for discussion and if possible include estimates of how such findings affect the practice's collections.
  • Based on the findings, provide feedback and suggestions for improvements.
  • Create a powerpoint presentation of the analysis and present the analysis report to the Client.
  • Assist the Production team with the new client's onboarding process.
  • Assist the Production team during the new client's set up phase and provide billing support to the team.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical, but not required)
  • Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
  • Preferably with 4- 5 years experience on Claims Management
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Work from Home
