Location: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Virtual DM Setter to support a growing lifestyle coaching business on Instagram. You will be the first point of contact for new followers and post commenters — qualifying leads, building genuine rapport, and booking sales calls on behalf of the coach. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with a background in coaching or fitness who understands the lifestyle client mindset.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesEngage new Instagram followers and post commenters promptly and authenticallyInitiate and manage DM conversations to qualify leads for coaching servicesBook qualified prospects onto sales calls using a provided DM SOPMaintain consistent outreach during peak engagement hours (morning and evening split shifts)Track conversations and update lead status to ensure no prospects fall through the cracksRepresent the coach's brand voice and persona professionally across all interactionsSubmit daily end-of-day reports summarizing outreach activity and booked callsRequirementsPrior experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or social media sales roleBackground in coaching, fitness, or the lifestyle/wellness spaceStrong written communication skills — conversational, warm, and persuasiveComfortable following a DM SOP and adapting it naturally to each conversationHighly reliable with consistent availability during split shift hoursSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and dedicated home office setupComfortable using Clockify for time trackingNice to HaveExperience working with a personal brand or coaching business on InstagramFamiliarity with lead qualification frameworks or sales psychologyUnderstanding of organic growth strategies and social media engagement best practices
