- Discover and develop artists for Universal Music Group Philippines.
- Research repertoire based on the overall direction of the label.
- Oversee and coordinate with music professionals in regards to production work.
- Build and develop strong working relationships with songwriters, publishers, recording studios, suppliers, and other parties involved.
- Work closely with the A&R team and different departments (Marketing, Artist Management etc.) in developing key and effective strategies for the artists.
- Responsible for coordination of artists’ production calendar throughout each project.
- Responsible for the organization of all necessary documentation and paperwork for each project
- Good project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good and effective communication skills
- Ability to develop good working relations with different teams
- Appreciation of current music trends and music culture
- Flexible in terms of work schedule
- Interest and background in the local music industry
- Knowledgeable in music contracts/licenses
